Angels Walk Union Station

Angels Walk Union Station/El Pueblo/Little Tokyo/Civic Center takes you back to the early village of Yang-na, home of the Tongva Indians, which became the settlement El Pueblo de Nuestra Señora la Reina de Los Angeles that became our city, Los Angeles. This Native American village was subsequently settled by Spaniards, Mexicans, Chinese, Japanese, Italians, Africans, Portuguese, and many others. In a sense, this walk is about discovering the stories of people who all converged at this special place and claimed it as their own. As they did, Los Angeles evolved into a city that belongs to everyone.
